CANCELLATION POLICY
At Waterloo Hypnosis, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and a change in plans may be necessary. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to offer the time slot to someone else, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will also be charged the full session fee.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by email or phone call.
