CANCELLATION POLICY
Waterloo Hypnosis now requires full payment 7 days before your session due to the increase in no shows and last-minute cancellations. You can pay by cash, e-transfer, or credit card. Please discuss payment when booking your appointment.
We require 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
